Crimea クリミア

The Peninsula of Crimea is situated in the souther part of Ukraine on the Black Sea and know as a resort area and also is famous for Crimea Wine.
The International Conference of Functional Materials (ICFM) Series are organized every two years at a health resort of Ukrainian Armed Force named "Krim" on Partenit beach.
クリミア半島は、黒海に面する景勝地で、気候は温暖で豊かな土壌にも恵まれワインの名産地として知られる。昔、帝政ロシア時代に貴族の保養地、別荘地として栄えた。いまは、それらの広大な敷地にはサナトリウムが建設され、旧ソ連圏の国々からの観光客を集めている。ソ連崩壊後は、再び金持たちの別荘地としてよみがえりつつある。 ICFM（機能性材料国際会議）がクリミアの小さな村パルテニット(Partenit)にある軍の保養施設「クリム」で開かれている。敷地は広大で、森林と海にめぐまれ４棟のコルプスと呼ばれる高層宿舎やコテージが点在する。
